About the Host
In 2022 I was lead to this beautiful property by fate and my love of the mountains , and the Canadian Bear Guesthouse has become my passion. I felt drawn here in a way that I can not easily explain. I have since come to realize that my array of seemingly random life experiences was a collection of skills that have prepared me for this opportunity; to follow my passion and connect with guests from all over the world and to offer a relaxing home away from home.

About the Property
Come stay in comfortable luxury while being surrounded by unfiltered nature. The main house is a three storey log home that is open and spacious yet cozy and comforting. Panoramic windows in the front room open onto the large patio with unobstructed views of the mountains and sky.
There are three Bed & Breakfast suites and one self contained guesthouse. In the main house there is: Brown Bear Suite, Black Bear Suite, and Kermode Bear (AKA Spirit Bear) Suite that have private or semi-private bathrooms and include breakfast. The Grizzly Bear Cabin is a private, self catered, one-bedroom & loft guesthouse that sleeps up to six guests.
Located close to all local amenities. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and is a direct route to the gateway to the Wells Gray Provincial Park with over 40 waterfalls to explore!
